Antonis Fotsis close to pen a 2+1 deal with Pana

Antonis Fotsis is close to pen a 2+1 deal with Panathinaikos, according to a source.

The Greek forward spent the last two seasons in Italy with Olimpia Milano and his contract is set to expire at the end of June.

Fotsis has already played and won with the jersey of the Greens. 

NEWS 23/05/13:  Despite having the home court advantage, EA7 Armani Milano couldn’t get past the first round of Legabasket’s play offs and the dismantlement of the team has already started. Antonis Fotsis, who had many talks during the season with his old team, Panathinaikos, in order to leave Milano and return to Athens, will see his wish finally granted.

According to Eurohoops sources, there is a verbal agreement between him and the Greek club for a new contract, so it will be a surprise to see him anywhere else next season. It will be the third time Fotsis returns to Panathinaikos, as he did the same in past after playing in Memphis Grizzlies and Dynamo Moscow.

Also Giannis Bourousis is a free agent, however his situation is still unclear. He seems to like the environment in Milano, he would like to stay but his agent is also ready to offer him in top Euroleague teams, specially the Spanish clubs.
