Italian squad EA7 Emporio Armani Milan continued with the flurry of signings this week with the addition of Curtis Jerrells on Thursday. Jerrells (1.85 meters, 26 years old) is a point guard who arrives from Besiktas JK Istanbul, where last season he averaged 14.2 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.1 steals in 17 Turkish Airlines Euroleague appearances. Jerrells played college ball in Baylor from 2005 to 2009, and after little NBA experience he moved to Serbia to sign with Partizan mt:s Belgrade, winning the Adriatic League in 2011. After his great season there, he moved to Turkey to play with Fenerbahce Ulker but in March of 2012 he moved to Spain to play with UCAM Murcia in the Spanish League. However, he could only play two games due to injury. The following season he moved to Besiktas, back in Turkey, where he had a main role in the team before leaving midseason to play in the United States again.
