On Thursday, Lokomotiv Kuban forward Derrick Brown starred in a road win at Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius. The next night, Daniel Hackett of Montepaschi Siena led the way for the Italian champs against Bayern Munich and matched Brown's impressive output. Maciulis collected 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 steals in 79-77 defeat to Laboral Kutxa Vitoria.

Hackett dished out 10 assists as the only player this week with double-digit assists. Dimitris Diamantidis of Panathinaikos had 7 assists to remains the competition's leader with 7.7 per game. Jamon Gordon of Anadolu Efes had 5 steals to lead all players in Round 7. Gordon and Charles Jenkins of Crvena Zvezda Telekom Belgrade are now tied with 2.6 for the best steals average in the league. Richard Hendrix of Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar and Alex Tyus of Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv shared the weekly lead with 4 blocks apiece.
